A. Delivery Times

Delivery times can be calculated:
Readiness for shipment + transit time = delivery time

Readiness for Shipment (visible on product pages)

• In stock – ready for shipment in 1–3 business days
• On request – ready for shipment in 3–5 business days
• Out of stock – currently unavailable for delivery

Note: We do not offer same-day delivery.

After order confirmation and successful payment receipt, your package will be assembled and shipped according to the stated readiness for shipment, unless otherwise specified for the product (e.g., "on request" items: 3–5 business days). We will contact you if there are any delays or changes.

Delivery Time Calculation

The time for processing and delivery begins:

• for advance payment on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution,
• for other payment methods on the day after the contract is concluded.

The deadline ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday recognized at the delivery location, the deadline is extended to the next business day.

Important Information for Non-EU Customers

Fourpegsbmx accepts no responsibility for import duties, taxes, or any other costs incurred for the item to arrive in your country.

• We ship uncleared (DDU) – Fourpegsbmx is not liable for import costs such as VAT, duties, and clearance fees.
• Please check with your local authorities regarding any applicable fees.
• Fourpegsbmx always declares the full order value on the package.
• In case of return: All additional costs (shipping costs, etc.) will be deducted from the amount you paid for your order.

C. Notification and Partners

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

• Shipping is carried out by GLS or Austrian Post (for Greece or non-EU countries).
• Delivery is made to the delivery address you provided.
• Fourpegsbmx accepts no responsibility for the accuracy of the address you provided.
• If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, the costs for reshipping will not be covered by Fourpegsbmx.

D. Pickup Information in Vienna

Important: Fourpegsbmx is a 100% online-based company without regular opening hours or a physical store.

Pickup by appointment only (at least 1–2 days in advance).

The goods must be prepared – no pickup is possible without prior arrangement.

Address: 1220 Wien, Bertha-von-Suttner-Gasse (near U1 Rennbahnweg)

Requirements:

• Only fully paid goods
• No cash payment possible

How Pickup Works:

1. Select "Pickup / Pickup 1220 Wien" from the shipping options.
2. You will receive the address and appointment by email.
3. Come to the agreed appointment to collect your order.
